The Monreseaudeau.fr team, led by HCA Consulting and Actions, was lucky enough to take part in a Team Building day in Paris on 12 May 2023, during which it was able to discover a very interesting method of teamwork: Lego® Serious Play®.
The genesis of the Lego® Serious Play® workshop.
In the ever-changing world of modern business, finding innovative ways to improve team collaboration is essential to stimulate creativity, foster communication and solve complex challenges.
With this in mind, the Monreseaudeau.fr team got together for a day of Team Building. It was organised around an exciting new approach: Lego® Serious Play®.
Aurélia DESVALLÉES, an RNCP-certified professional coach and member of the Monreseaudeau.fr team, is a certified Lego® Serious Play® facilitator. She therefore prepared and led this fun and interactive workshop to tackle the challenges the team faces on a daily basis.
For HCA Consulting & Actions, the choice of this method was not only motivated by the desire to strengthen team collaboration, but also by the desire to stimulate innovation and push back the boundaries of creativity.
By adopting Lego® Serious Play®, the group has opened up new perspectives, encouraging its members to step out of their comfort zone and rethink the complex challenges of presenting its offering in a way that is relevant and understandable to players in the water world.
